Amazing Thai food. We ordered the sweet and sour stir fry with barramundi fillets, coconut rice and Pad See Ew. All dishes were delicious and staff were lovely and friendly

The food at Thai on Ferry is really good, and I’ve always enjoyed coming here. However, today I had a very uncomfortable experience. I arrived at 1:50 pm for lunch. The sign on the door says the restaurant is open until 2:30 pm, but the last orders are at 2 pm. Knowing that, I politely asked if it was okay to order, and the staff said yes. However, I could clearly see the kitchen staff making unpleasant faces, as if they didn’t want to serve me. They kept looking at me in a way that made me feel very unwelcome, to the point that I changed my order to takeaway and ate at home instead. As a regular customer, this was disappointing enough to make me reconsider coming back. The food is great, but the staff’s attitude definitely needs to be reviewed.

My friend and I picked different entrees and mains, all were exceptional!!! And the service was prompt and friendly ! To top it all it was the least expensive dinner we've been to in a while. Definitely going to become a regular for us!! 😀

I can’t rate this restaurant highly enough they are always so accommodating and the food is delicious. There is no msg and the food just tastes better because of it. We have turned up after 8pm on numerous occasions and they have served us every time with a welcoming smile we are so grateful

I have had two nights on the Gold Coast. The first night I ordered Penang chicken curry and rice through Door Dash. I enjoyed it and the prices were reasonable, so I ordered from this restaurant tonight as well. The vegetable curry puffs were heavenly, the pastry crispy and soft at the same time. I also ordered chicken cashew and broccoli stir fry and rice. It was wonderful as well. Everywhere else was more expensive and I felt I got good value whilst on holiday.😍
